develops my verbal and written communication skills as well as my interpersonal skills with the ability to
manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Lastly, I do enjoy collaborating with the team and initiate innovative ideas for the benefit of the team and the company.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
I have hands-on experience in administrative data processing, including the accurate collection, entry, management, and analysis of large volumes of data using tools like Excel, and various database management systems (Service Now). My responsibilities included maintaining data integrity, cleaning and validating datasets, generating regular and ad hoc reports, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. I am highly detail-oriented, capable of working with both structured and unstructured data, and skilled in using filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions to streamline data workflows and support decision-making.
Experience: 10+ years
I have experience in accurate and efficient data entry, handling both digital and physical sources to input, update, and manage information in various systems and databases. I consistently maintained high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines. My responsibilities included verifying data for errors, organizing and categorizing information, and ensuring data integrity. I am proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools, and I understand the importance of confidentiality and data protection in handling sensitive information.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
This role was my first professional experience after graduation, and although my time in the position was relatively short, it was highly impactful. It allowed me to put theoretical knowledge into practice and gain real-world insights into administrative data processing. I also developed confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds, particularly during interviews, which helped strengthen my interpersonal and professional skills.
