I work as a reliability engineer, my core responsibilities are
• Optimized inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment and prevent stockouts or overstock scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like maintenance, production, purchasing, and receiving to ensure proper flow and proper stacking of imported and local spare parts in the stockroom
• Coordinated closely with suppliers and contractors to negotiate terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
• Strategically plan inventory reports aligned with co-department requirements for cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintained documentations of inventory transactions, delivery receipts, and invoiced billings
• Lead the periodically rack to rack count and annual inventory count for inventory accuracy.
• Analyzed spare parts to identify opportunities for local fabrication to reduce cost without compromising the quality of the materials.
• Continuously optimize inventory processes and implemented improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Perform the spare parts management system and Lead in PM Pillar Stock Room Management.
• Update the PM procedures in the CMMS if needed.
• Coordinate with Technical Leads to integrate their PM procedures into the CMMS.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
