- Perform bank, credit card, and payment reconciliations
- Process and maintain accounts receivable (A/R) reports
- Monitor and maintain financial system integrations (QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Ensure data integrity across multiple financial platforms

*** Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare compliance documentation and organize financial information for tax return preparation
- Supervise audit and internal control processes
- Gather and prepare weekly consolidated cash flow reports
