Detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal with 2+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based law firms, including a California-based litigation practice. I provide reliable legal support in litigation, employment law, family law, and probate & heirship matters, delivering attorney-ready work with accuracy and confidentiality.
My experience includes drafting demand letters and legal correspondence, conducting heirship and probate investigations (including heir searches through LexisNexis), managing discovery, organizing case files and evidence, coordinating with courts and clerks, and managing deadlines and calendars across multiple active matters. I've also coordinated with Guardians ad Litem and Attorneys ad Litem, and handled client intake and communication throughout.
I am highly organized, comfortable working under written instructions, and proactive in clarifying requirements to ensure compliance and precision. I have strong written and verbal English skills, experience handling confidential client and case records, and the ability to work independently while meeting U.S. deadlines.
