I've developed a strong background in Bookkeeping.Administrative task, Customer Service, and E-mail management during my tenure. My professional journey began withTeleperformance Philippines, where I gained valuable skills in Customer service thru Chat and E-mail support. Since then, after mastering the said skills. I have dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home to take on a new challenge in my career. This is where my Virtual Assistant journey began. I started working with MyOutDesk as a Virtual assistant for Realtors under the company Keller Williams. When my cotract was finished, I applied as a E-commerce VA at 20four7va. I was sourcing products for listing and inventory. I also check sales rate and generate ROI. After a succesful run as a Product specialist, I was endorsed to Amazon Customer Specialist. Where I assist clients with their accounts and product postings in Amazon. Unfortunately, I need to step out of the virtual world for personal reasons. And now I am currently working as a Bookkeepel and Admin staff with 3DMags Architectural and Engineering Services taking on increasingly challenging roles and responsibilities. Which I have learned a lot and dUpgrade to see actual info to go back and share my knowledge and experience to the Virtual world.
