Hello! My name is MJ Pauline E. Maglinte, and I have been in the travel industry for three years. I started as a ground agent, managing hotel bookings and rental car services. Over time, I developed my skills to handle flight reservations as well. Currently, I assist with customer concerns in the escalation department. I take supervisory calls and consistently provide excellent service in flight reservations using global distribution tools system tools (Sabre, Galileo, Farelogix, Mystifly) graphic and cryptic commands.
Additionally, I have served as a subject matter expert and participated in the daily exchange recap audit team.

During my undergraduate program in Statistics, I developed a strong foundation, which involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to make informed decisions. I learned how to use statistical methods to identify patterns, test hypotheses, and draw conclusions based on data.
