I am a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC, 2022) with 3+ years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying, construction estimation, site supervision, and remote office engineering.
Currently working as a Virtual Civil Estimator/QS for EZ Group Ltd. (New Zealand), where I prepare accurate quantity take-offs and pricing for RibRaft and residential foundation projects, review consented plans and engineering drawings, and support monthly job costing and financial reporting using Xero.
