With scheduling background, I can be a big help with your company, as I am equipped with the skills I've honed as a workforce staff, mainly focus in schduling side. As a scheduler I am very good with handling multiple accounts and scheduling them based on our business needs. For the past 5 years as a workforce ( Real time and scheduling) I have handle more than 2000 agents/people. I am also skilled with forecasting based on our client or company needs as Projection. I can project possible people with 5% - 10% buffer or depends on what we need. If we are queuing, I am also skilled with optimization of break and lunch as needed and holiday staffing if we are open on holidays.
