I bring over eight years of hands-on experience in the Amazon Marketplace, having worked as an Amazon Technical Specialist and Amazon Account Manager. I’ve also served as a Project Manager and worked directly with Amazon Seller Support as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Service Representative.
Amazon Catalog Management & Troubleshooting> I have extensive experience with fixing and maintaining parent/child variation structures, resolving suppressed or inactive listings, fixing contribution conflicts, and rebuilding listing families to ensure accuracy and consistency. I’m comfortable analyzing backend errors, resolving content overrides, and working with flat files, including correcting flat file errors.

Cross-Channel Marketplace Support> Beyond Amazon, I’ve managed catalog operations, and customer support on Walmart and Shopify, adding SKUs, updating images, handling variations, ensuring compliance, optimizing listings, contacting customers that left negative reviews/feedbacks, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
