Engineer

I've been a Project-in-charge role of a 40 units 4 storey townhouse for plumbing and fire protection scope. as well as the underground water and sanitary system for 2.4 years. I work as a One-man engineer of the project. For the next 2.7years, I works as Estimator, Technical Support, Project in charge, and Acting Project Manager at the Oil and Gas Depot Facility/Construction Industry.

I have gained 2D design for autocad to revised plans which conflicts the original layout and to produce as-built plans for fire protection system, sanitary system, mechanical piping system, structural revision of drawings like access stairs(platforms)

Planning is part my 5 years experience in work due to construction readiness. I always refer my daily accomplishment on my project schedule. Planning could lessen the possibilities of work delays and to avoid miscalculations at work.

Through my knowledge in primavera P6 software, I could produce an efficient project schedule as my basis of execution of the project up to turnover of the project.
