In these roles, I handled customer billing concerns, resolved technical service issues, and addressed product and account inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. As a Brand Protection Analyst, I specialized in identifying and facilitating the takedown of infringing content across online marketplaces, fraudulent websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce listings, helping protect brand integrity and reduce online fraud.

Transitioning into healthcare, I worked as a Clinic Triage Nurse, where I gathered patients’ vital signs and medical histories and ensured proper referral to the appropriate physicians. Due to strong performance, I was promoted to Mobile Clinic Team Leader, overseeing end-to-end mobile clinic operations—from preparation to the release of patient results.
