Performed basic AU tax accounting and GST reconciliations using ATO/BAS reports. Handled various types of transactions, including cash and accrual entries Maintained accurate records of investment activities and compliance documentation Executed year-end journal entries in accordance with accounting standards Liaising with accounting partners and clients to receive tasks, documents, and review completed work. Ensure accuracy and maintain high standards in providing workpapers to accounting partners. Have experience with CLASS and BGL360 Simple Fund system.

Virtual Assistant Collecting credentials via email, text, or directly in the system. Double check the credentials of the applicants to see if their application forms are accurate with their supporting documents. Make sure to check the validity or expiration date of each credential to make sure it is up-to-date. Run employment verification (E-verify) and drug tests. Making an ID badge for every active (passed) applicant. Do a reference check by calling their reference contact. Sending out credentials to the clients (partnered healthcare facilities). Offer the open shifts or needs of our partnered healthcare facility to the active applicants through email, text, or call, and then book them. Sending out email or text reminders to active applicants and doing follow-up calls if they have arrived at the facility. Update the system if there are cancellations of bookings from either the client or the applicant. Adding updated shifts needed by the client (partnered healthcare facility).
