My recent work employment was a customer service consultant for a German airline located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City where I was skilled to converse with passenger concerns regarding their flight details were we assist them on; New Bookings, Rebookings, Cancellations, and including Airline Services of their choice (e.g. Special Meal, Seating,Bassinet seats, Extra Luggages). Other than that I was promoted to be a Miles & More agent where I assist status passengers for their account concerns. I am skilled with Amadeus, SAMBA, and ONRES programs.
I was also an Executive Assistant in a hotel in Ortigas where I reported directly to our Director of Sales and Marketing. I was tasked for administrative works that shall assist the DOSM mainly but also provide additional help to other Sales and Marketing department needs. I am skilled with using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint,MS Teams, Google Tools (Sheets, Word, PPT), and Canva.
