Profile Description
I provide assistance to contractors, construction companies, and estimating teams in preparing clean, bid-ready quantity takeoffs for flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, painting, tiling, waterproofing, insulation, doors, windows, drywall, base, trim, hardscape, irrigation, fencing, and related sitework items.
I review drawings, schedules, legends, elevations, and specifications, then prepare BOQs and marked-up plans for review and pricing. I use Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Excel, Google Workspace, and Trello, and I can follow your existing templates and estimating workflow.
I am available for full-time, long-term or part-time, short-term remote work during US or Australian business hours.
