I also have a good foundation in a chat LOB. It is almost the same with Voice LOB wherein you communicate with the customer via chat. You should really have a good multitasking skill in dealing with this kind of LOB (chat).

I do have a good foundation in Amadeus since this was my first customer service experience. I know commands to book or sell in flights. Not only that, I work in Expedia as a travel advisor for 3 LOB's (flights, hotels and cars), a TICO certified, and the tools we used is Amadeus (GDS).
