1. Player Support Agent - As a Player Support Agent back in my previous company, we are assigned certain Online Games to assist Players with. Player inquiries include, in-game bugs and glitches, in-game currency concerns, general game guides, and new game release dates. We also track certain specific in game bugs and issues to escalate it to the designated Department.
2. Chat Support Representative (Telco Account) - As a Chat Support Representative, I address all customer concerns in terms of billing, technical issues, account inquiry, device order tracking, escalations and many other Telco Postpaid Account related concerns.
3. Lead CSR/Operations Tech - As a Lead CSR within the Operations Tech Department, we assist and guide all work from home agents from all sites of the company in terms of their Technical Issues and Product Concerns. These issues range from System Technical Issues to Hardware and overall PC setup issues as well as General Product inquiries. We also handle all site wide technical issues and escalation.
4. Content Moderator - ? As a Content Moderator, we moderate live contents within a Social Media platform. This is to ensure that certain policies and rules are met by these Content Creators and that their contents are creative and makes up for what their objective is.
5. Subject Matter Expert (Content Moderation & Data Annotation) -
As a Subject Matter Expert, I am expected to have the most knowledge about the product that the Department is handling. From this, I provide real time support for the Teammates in terms of job handling and guidelines specifics. I am also expected to handle discussion sometimes and perform coaching and observation for the teammates in how they handle jobs for further efficiency, accuracy and timely manner work.
