I've been in the BPO industry for more than 5 yrs. I handled Inbound and Outbound both for Customer service and technical support. I provided support to new agents on the operations. I became a Subject Matter Expert and a Training Coach. I must say that is something that I am really proud of because I was able to showcase my skills and let the management know that I am very reliable. I also know how to troubleshoot computers both hardware and connectivity issues. I also worked as Virtual Assistant for a movers company in Singapore, did Data Entry task as a freelance job and I was a Lead Generation Specialist for a US client. Recently I was a cold caller fora Real Estate Company Based in Miami for 6 months then got promoted to Leads Acquisition Manager.
