Graphic Designer/CSR/Sales Representative

Ever since I began working in BPO, I had been practicing customer service. To be honest Customer service had been there from the moment you understand the feeling of helping others. When I worked as a CSR in several accounts I handled, I always think of nothing but to help customer unconditionally. It's the happy feeling that makes you enjoy what you do especially when you resolved the complaints or issues of them. That is why whatever account I handle regardless of the position, providing excellent customer service and extra mile has been a habit to me.

I've been loving the sales position since I found myself in this type of job. I think, it is where I belong. When I worked as a Sales Representative in a hotel reservations account, I discover that I am good at selling. I became better and made my self to the top when I received several awards for becoming one of the top sellers in the whole team. The struggles when customers object such as high rates or high taxes and extra fees, it's becoming typical since I stayed and practiced long enough in this skill so it was then easy to rebut with these scenarios.

I became a part-time graphic designer or a local photography team in my hometown for quite a while. My job is mainly finalizing designs of client for a specific even like wedding, birthday, pre-nuptial, christening, local contest and program, logo designs, ads, and many more. Now, I wanted to take this on a bigger and larger space online where I begun creating digital products to sell at raket ph and soon extending it to other online selling platforms and including freelance graphic design jobs for small and large business either private ad local would also be my goal.
