In my five years of working, I have used Microsoft Excel daily. Through this, I have learned how to use formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts, and other Excel features.

Most of the time I edit photos on Canva. I also bought a professional account for that so I can use their pro features.

Not just with clients but also with myself, I also do manage my social media page. We used to have a small food cart business and everyday I'm editing and posting some photos of our food and promos to update our customers. Sometimes we also create Ads to promote our food. Right now, we have a souvenir business and we also have a page for that.

Most of the time, I loved to post videos on TikTok. Random videos like my puppy, myself, inspired by videos, dance videos, making my coffee video, recipe video and also travel videos.

I don't have experience using Xero Software with a client yet. I learned about its features through training and self-study. I also have a certification in Xero Software, so I wouldn't say I have zero knowledge of it.

Just like Excel, Google Sheets is also easy to use. It is especially recommended if you want your client to see your work in real-time, as it saves automatically to your Google Drive.

Verifying accuracy by comparing bank statements with the organization's own financial records. Identifying and looking into any inconsistencies or variations in the records. adjusting the accounts as needed, such as recording interest and bank fees or fixing mistakes. Creating reconciliation reports that specify the disagreements and the steps that were done. Maintaining precise and current documentation of every reconciliation for future use and inspections.
