* Checking actual inventory and balancing of stocks  (using MS Excel) 
* Conduct actual audit of stocks 
* Cold-calling to customers 
* Prepares weekly and monthly reports (using MS Word/Excel/GSheet/Netsuite/IvyMobility)
* Handles and train people
* Do account visitations 
* Prepares agenda for meetings 
* Collaborate and have meeting with people from other department to achieve common goals 

As a freelance Virtual assistant for 2 years, here are my scope of work:
* Assist in processing Amazon Orders and Data entry (using Netsuite/MS Word/Excel/GSheet/PDF)
* Manage and maintain accurate encoding of Sales order and Transfer order 
* Conduct research and updating images in Google Sheet
