Profile Description

I have provided administrative support to my previous worked and I am very interested in working with the Human Resources group and believe my experience in BPO industries will be valuable.
Over the last 17 years, I've built my career using the motto: work hard. I was able to learn many administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and archiving documents. My role was to ensure that all documents were properly files and organized according to departments and specific project code.
These experiences made me an essential support for the management team because my role as Transmission Data Management Staff was also responsible for handling many incoming and outgoing mails from different client. I needed to ensure that all incoming document were forwarded to each corresponding department for proper conversion and then placed in specific jobnames. I was also responsible for encoding all received document into the database for record purposes, Validation of all received document (Quality and Completeness), Studying and understanding different case specification and Communicating in different Client and Supplier.
I enjoyed my time as a Transmission Data management staff because it allowed me to develop my attention to details. Processes analytical skills prioritize initiates and meet deadlines. As all documents and correspondence are important to the company, having a clean and organized system was important to company success.
