I completed my undergraduate studies with a with a degree in BS Accountancy at Saint Paul School of Professional Studies and gained practical experience through my internship and employment at the Commission on Audit within the Department of Labor and Employment. In these roles, I focused on verification, meticulous record-keeping, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and administrative documents. This experience honed my attention to detail and strengthened my organizational and analytical skills which are qualities that continue to guide my approach to legal work, allowing me to carefully review case records, assess documentation, and ensure precision in every aspect.
Currently, I am a Legal Assistant assigned to the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) under the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), where I support the adjudication and resolution of agrarian disputes. In this role, I assist in drafting and reviewing decisions and orders issued by the Adjudicator, and I also help ensure compliance with the requirements for pleadings filed. Working within the adjudicatory arm of the DAR has provided me with valuable exposure to the legal and procedural aspects of agrarian reform, as well as a deeper appreciation of the role of law in addressing socio-economic issues.
Alongside my professional responsibilities, I am currently pursuing my legal education as a law student at Dr. V. Orestes Educational Foundation. My academic journey complements my work in public service by strengthening my understanding of legal principles, statutory interpretation, and judicial processes. The combination of practical experience and legal training allows me to continuously refine my analytical, research, and writing skills while gaining meaningful insight into the practice of law.
As I continue my professional and academic journey, I remain committed to broadening my horizons by expanding my knowledge across disciplines and gaining deeper insight into the legal system and public administration. I value continuous learning and growth, and I aspire to build a career in the legal profession that allows me to contribute meaningfully to justice and public service.
