Profile Description

I am a licensed Criminologist in the Philippines with 10 years of experience in surveillance and security operations. I started my career in field investigation as a private detective, then transitioned into remote work as a CCTV Operator / Security Specialist, handling multiple sites internationally.

I am highly experienced in real-time monitoring, alarm handling, and incident reporting. I can manage up to 100 sites, respond quickly to alerts and alarms, and accurately assess suspicious activities.

I work efficiently using a dual/triple monitor setup, allowing me to monitor multiple cameras and systems simultaneously with better visibility and faster response.

I am capable of working independently with minimal to NO supervision while maintaining high accuracy and performance. I am confident working long 12-hour shifts and ensuring no critical event is missed.

My core skills include:
* CCTV monitoring and alarm response (high-volume sites)
* Incident reporting and escalation
* Identifying suspicious behavior and security threats
* Dispatching police and coordinating with authorities
* Voice-down warnings through CCTV systems
* Playback review and evidence documentation
* Creating and submitting IT tickets for system issues
* Communicating with clients when needed
* Monitoring different types of sites (warehouses, construction, condos, hotels, Airbnb, commercial and residential areas, schools, and more)

I also have experience handling employee time tracking and monitoring (Hubstaff), reviewing activity levels and reporting any irregularities to management.
