I’ve been working as a cold caller and appointment setter for over 4 years, mainly with US-based clients across real estate, solar, cleaning services, and Amazon agencies.
Most of my day-to-day work involves high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments that actually show up. I’m used to handling 100+ calls a day while keeping conversations natural—not scripted—so prospects feel comfortable instead of pressured.
I’ve worked with tools like Podio, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and AgencyZoom, and I’m very familiar with dialers like Kixie, Ringover, CallTools, and ViciDial. I also use Slack and Zoom for team communication and reporting.
I’m confident handling objections, gatekeepers, and different types of prospects. Whether it’s a homeowner, business owner, or Amazon seller, I focus on building quick rapport and moving the conversation forward.
