I am directly involved in obtaining loan documents, collecting client information, performing loan modifications, ensuring compliance with loan requirements, and processing fees. I am responsible for the preparation of legal documents for commercial lending transactions, documentation, management and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures. I assist with ordering valuations, running credit reports, product comparisons and completing servicing calculators.
I cross-check, analyze and identify all fee discrepancies in loan processes and perform regular audits on processes and ensure compliance with all requirements.
