I have an extensive experience in bookkeeping and executive assistant role (assisted local and international client) with the following tasks: 

>>> Maintained accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
>>> Conducted monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
>>> Prepared detailed financial reports and statements for management, facilitating informed decision-making.
>>> Assisted in the preparation and filing of payroll, tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. 

>> Act as HR Admin facilitating initial interview for applicants, preparing contract, onboarding package, make sure employees have completed their onboarding documents, check employees' forms such as W4, I9, DE4, proof of ID and job references.
>>add new employee in all database and maintain our POS system (make sure employees access are working and employees' details are updated.

>>> Managed the executive’s calendar, scheduled meetings, and coordinated travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management. 
>>> Prepared and reviewed executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
>>> Conducted research and gathered information for special projects, contributing to strategic planning and business development.
>>> Liaised with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships and effective communication channels.
