* Have been a bank teller for 4 years . As a front-line banking professional I interacts with customers, verifying their identification, processing deposits and withdrawals, and facilitating various financial transactions. I serve as the initial point of contact for customers entering the bank.                                       *As  Branch Operations Officer for 5 years. I act as a universal operations support officer of the branches within the area. I act as a manpower pool in filling in temporary vacancies of officers in branches and providing quality service to the clients.  I perform spot-checking on Cash in Vault (CIV), ATM, Teller’s Checks, and Other Cash Items (COCI) & Numbered forms for Lean Branches.                                                      *Have been a Branch Service Officer for 5 years. My position plays a huge role in terms of the overall cash transactions of the branch. As a member of the Branch Banking group, I forefront of giving personalized and quality service to our clients. From cash vault management and operations to supervising tellers in over-the-counter transactions and ATM operations, the Branch Service Officer will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our branch business.* Currently As a Customer Advisor, I handle marketing, bank operations, and relationship and portfolio management responsibilities. Managing and growing the existing portfolio of the branch by cross-selling and in-house selling of the bank’s products and services. Assessing customer needs and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the bank’s service standards. Processing account opening of new accounts, renewal, termination, and payment of matured placements.
