Experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant with almost 8 years of experience working with one Australian mortgage company since December 2018. Skilled in end-to-end loan processing, document verification, simple servicing calculations, client communication, and application preparation across various loan types including Company, SMSF, and Trust loans.

Proficient in Australian mortgage systems and platforms including Mercury Nexus, ApplyOnline (AOL), NextGen, Formstack Client Fact Find, Equifax Credit Report, Property Hub Valuations, Lender Portals for Pricing Requests, and Microsoft Office.

My responsibilities include:
• Organizing, filing, and renaming borrower documents
• Reviewing income documents, bank statements, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
• Verifying borrower information against Fact Find data and updating details in Mercury Nexus
• Generating Equifax Credit Reports and reviewing credit scores and liabilities
• Ordering pricing requests and property valuations based on broker instructions
• Completing loan applications through ApplyOnline
• Preparing and sending client emails with signing instructions and outstanding requirements
• Preparing loan applications for submission and coordinating with brokers for final review
• Performing PAYG servicing and simple self-employed servicing calculations
• Assisting with Company, SMSF, and Trust loan applications
