Experienced Escrow Processor from a US based Title and Escrow company and working remotely as an outsourced and providing an exceptional support to Closers/Escrow Officers, Lenders, and Agents, and catering almost every states across the US.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing support to Escrow Officer/Closer and Title Officer
• Coordination with stakeholders/clients
• Escrow setup for Refinance and Purchase transactions
• Preparation and delivery of Opening Letters and Title items
• Ordering and updating payoffs
• Issue fees for disclosures
• Date down request for title updates/changes
• Accessing and retrieval of public records
• TC/PTR review of curative issues
• Schedule signing appointments
• Vesting deed preparation
• Release of mortgage preparation
• Third party requests
• Performing follow-ups
• Providing trainings and QA
