I'm a Training Development Manager with extensive experience in training and training development, particularly in the real estate and BPO industries.
I have been training and onboarding classes for most of my career but have more than enough exposure to instructional design. I have excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written - which I utilize on the same level as my native language. Lastly, I'm an artist and creative at heart, and do my best to practice and apply creativity in everything I do.

As a Training Developer, or an instructional designer (as other companies know the role), I was assigned to assist the Training Team in improving current training materials and developing new ones. I also worked with my teammates in the department to ensure the smooth implementation of these materials, calibrated existing processes, and solved problems that might've surfaced along the way. I made use of my creativity and background in arts to contribute to the aesthetics of the materials we created and made sure the standards we followed were world-class. I currently focus on the development aspect of training, growing daily in terms of instructional design, training needs analysis, and process improvement.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I assisted real estate agents in setting and scheduling appointments for prospective clients and their leads. Most of my daily tasks involved making and receiving phone calls, managing email and SMS, and company CRM management. A great deal of sales and conversation skills were essential for me to succeed in this role Besides the said tasks, I also assisted my clients in incentivizing leads to improve ratings. This was critical in helping the business reach more people and encouraging customer engagement.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I provided virtual administrative support to real estate investors and ensured that basic, day-to-day tasks are covered. My previous responsibilities included answering phone calls, following up with current and potential clients, setting appointments, managing the company database, organizing the company calendar, and handling emails. I was also tasked to manage the social media accounts of clients and had the freedom to practice my creativity when it comes managing posts and ads.
