Profile Description

I am a Freight Virtual Assistant providing support in freight operations, freight brokerage, dispatch support, track and trace, logistics coordination, carrier management, load booking, POD processing, and freight documentation. I help freight brokers, carriers, and logistics companies maintain organized operations and efficient communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.

I have completed specialized Freight VA training covering freight brokerage, carrier communication, dispatch support, load management, transportation management systems, and logistics workflows. In addition, I bring more than 9 years of professional experience in operations coordination, process improvement, reporting, documentation management, and cross-functional communication.

Tools and platforms I use include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, AscendTMS, Freight Calculator, Old Dominion, TForce, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

I am available for full-time remote work and can work flexible schedules across US time zones, including EST and PST. I have a dedicated home office setup, reliable fiber internet connection, and professional equipment to support long-term remote work.
