I worked for an online lingerie Upgrade to see actual infore, assisting cuUpgrade to see actual infomers with their orders. Mostly answering an inquiry about shipping, promotions, subscriptions, and delivery of packages. I started as a phone agent for 1 year and was transferred to email support for 2 years. I also became a Tier 2 support for the same account. In this post, I usually answer cuUpgrade to see actual infomer's who asked for supervisors and higher support. I also gained an extra responsibility wherein I do refunds and review account purchase hiUpgrade to see actual infory.
I am currently working as a content moderator, mostly taking down posts that violate the organization's policies and providing safe browsing for people who use the platform.
