Profile Description

I started my career as
a restaurant staff at Edsa Shangri-La, then transitioned to Accenture Inc., a
leading global BPO Industry as a customer service representative. Over time, I
pursued a path in Project Management, where I spent 7 years managing both local
and international stakeholders across teams at Accenture Inc. and MSGNI, an
outsourcing company focused in serving Australian B2B & B2C Data Handling
Companies.
 
Later, I transitioned
into freelancing as a virtual assistant and content creator, eventually
establishing and managing a start-up family business in Manila. These
experiences opened the door for me to dive into the marketing industry, where
I’ve now spent the last 3+ years. My work has been a blend of hands-on
execution and strategic planning across content creation, digital campaigns,
and brand development, both for start-up and freelance clients.
