Profile Description

I have experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, primarily focusing on catalog management, listing maintenance, and account support. I currently handle multiple seller accounts and assist with a wide range of tasks related to product listings, account operations, and catalog health.

Amazon Seller Central Experience

• Creating and managing product listings and SKUs
• Building and maintaining variation families
• Writing and updating product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend content based on brand guidelines
• Uploading and managing A+ Content
• Creating virtual bundles
• Uploading carousel images and other listing assets
• Setting up promotions and discounts
• Monitoring account hygiene and listing compliance
• Managing stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and inactive listings
• Creating and following up on Seller Support cases to resolve catalog and account-related issues
• Troubleshooting listing and variation issues
• Assisting with catalog maintenance across multiple seller accounts

Tools & Additional Skills

• Proficient in AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok for research, content drafting, and workflow support
• Experience using ClickUp for task management and team collaboration
• Basic navigation and reporting knowledge in Pacvue
• Strong Photoshop skills for image editing and creative asset preparation
• Canva for basic graphic design and content creation
• Google Sheets for data organization, reporting, and catalog-related tasks
• Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation, data management, and administrative work
• Detail-oriented with experience handling large volumes of catalog data and account maintenance tasks
