Profile Description

I am a professional bookkeeper. I have more than 10 years of hands on experience handling day to day financial transactions. I have a bachelor's degree in commerce major in Management Accounting. I have been a virtual bookkeeper for more than 3 years already using accounting softwares like QuickBooks online, Xero and Netsuite Oracle.

My general bookkeeping skills:
* Set up chart of accounts and customize it according to client needs
* Clean up and catch up of financial records
* Recording supplier bills and creation of customer invoices
* Proper recording, categorization and tracking of revenue and expenses
* Accounts receivable, accounts payable and loans management
* Monthly Bank reconciliation
* Adjustment and corrections of past erroneous records including depreciation
* Set up, account mapping and recording payroll transactions
* Preparation and submission of Form 1099 NEC for US  contractors
* Assist in preparation of tax returns
* Preparation of accurate financial reports

My real estate bookkeeping skills:
* Setting up chart of accounts customized for real estate companies
* Recording HUD-1 Purchase settlement statements and closing statements
* Proper recording, categorization and tracking of accounting transactions
* Create and send invoices to customers including email follow-up for late payments
* Recording income and expenses from owners statement
* Recording bills and process payments to suppliers, contractors
* Reconciling bank, credit cards, paypal and other accounts
* Financial Reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss & Cash Flow Statement)
