I am an experienced Customer Service and Reservations Manager with over 7 years in customer support and 6 years in leadership roles, working with international teams across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe. Since 2019, I have been in the property and vacation rental industry, managing day-to-day operations, guest services, and team performance.
I currently manage a remote reservations and customer service team for a UK-based property management company. I handle escalations, long-term bookings, invoicing, property listings, dynamic pricing, KPIs, and process improvements that drive business growth and guest satisfaction.
