I was a virtual assistant before from Instant Leverage, a personal VA of a title agent in Texas, and a real estate VA and a social media manager of realtors in Keller Williams Integrity First in Arizona, USA. All of my previous jobs are based in the USA. With these past experiences, I have gained a lot of knowledge and expertise that I can share with you. I have pertinent skills; I can do data entry with the use of different software like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and also most of the Google applications such as Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Drive, GSuite, and the likes. I also use different CRMs for real estate assistance, like Homebot, Set Schedule, Cloud CMA, Wise Agent, Opendoor, KW Command, MailChimp, Zillow, Homelight, FlexMLS, Slybroadcast, and many more. I can handle email and set appointments with my client's external or internal niche. I am also good at doing internet research and generating and organizing leads, and I have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
As a virtual assistant, I also have great knowledge of email prospecting, Facebook and Instagram prospecting, and LinkedIn prospecting. I booked several appointments for my previous client. I am also a trained social media manager, so I have existing knowledge of creating Facebook ads and also of design tools like Adobe Pro, Canva, Pinterest, and more. In addition, I am a licensed professional teacher by profession in the Philippines who values time, team effort, and individual contribution.
