As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, I have hands-on experience supporting Amazon sellers with product research, account support tasks, data tracking, reporting, and general store administration. I am familiar with Seller Central workflows and understand the importance of accuracy, compliance, and performance metrics in maintaining a healthy Amazon account.

In addition, I am well-versed in QuickBooks bookkeeping systems and financial administration, including recording daily transactions, expense categorization, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) tracking, bank and credit card reconciliation, budgeting, financial tracking, reporting, and audit preparation support. I work with structured processes and attention to detail to ensure clean and reliable financial records.

I also provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, email and inbox management, online research, document organization, data tracking, and task coordination.
