JOB OVERVIEW

Permit Coordinator (Part-Time - Full-Time)

I’m looking for a reliable, long-term tea ---------- mber to join my permit company.

Requirements:

* Previous experience with building permits is highly preferred. If you don’t have permit experience, experience working in the office of a general contractor or remodeling/construction company is required.
* Excellent written English.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Comfortable using Google Drive and Gmail. No CRM experience is required.

Responsibilities:

* Submit permit applications through city portals.
* Reply to emails from cities.
* Schedule inspections.
* Track plan review corrections and send them to me.
* Keep permit files organized.

No contractor communication is required.

Schedule:

* Part-time to start (around 20 hours per week).
* Must be available at least 3 weekdays during U.S. business hours, preferably between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
* Opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

I’m looking for someone who wants to learn, grow with the company, and stay long-term. I want to find someone who can become a key part of the team, help take work off my plate, and be rewarded as they take on more responsibility.

Starting pay is $6/hour, with regular raises based on performance, reliability, and growth.
