Hours: Gig to Temp to Full-Time (40 hrs/week) – US Central Time Availability Required

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed, tech-savvy Executive Operations Assistant to support multiple growing companies in the real estate, mortgage, development, and housing nonprofit space.
This is NOT a simple task-based VA position.
This is a strategic execution role supporting a visionary CEO across multiple platforms and brands.
You will help keep operations flowing, systems organized, and projects moving forward daily.

Strong Google Sheets knowledge
Ability to manage multiple companies without confusion

Executive Support
Manage CEO calendar and daily task priorities
Create SOPs and workflow documentation

Email
management and professional communication
Organize files and cloud systems
Maintain dashboards and reporting sheets
Real Estate & Mortgage Support
CRM data management (Go High Level, Brivity)
Transaction coordination assistance
Update BrokerMint files
Track client pipelines
Document checklist follow-ups
Property Management Support
Maintain Buildium records
Track rent payments and tenant files
Organize property folders
Assist with reporting and summaries
Marketing & Community Support
Create simple graphics in Canva
Schedule social media posts
Update Skool community
Upload content and manage member engagement
Light & Full funnel setup in Go High Level
