Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of our online agency. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple tasks efficiently, and acts as the right hand to the Founder. You will manage schedules, oversee administrative tasks, coordinate with clients and tea
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage the Founder’s schedule, calendar, and appointments.
Coordinate and handle
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and internal records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Business & Team Coordination
Serve as a key point of contact between the Founder, tea
Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and note-taking.
Assist with recruiting and onboarding freelancers or new tea
Marketing & Social Media Assistance
Assist in managing the agency’s social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement.
Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Track and report analytics related to marketing and client outreach.
Financial & Business Operations
Support with invoicing, tracking payments, and basic bookkeeping.
Research and implement tools or systems to improve workflow efficiency.
Help manage business-related travel arrangements (if required).
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
Highly proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Basic knowledge of social media management, marketing, or content creation is a plus.
A self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
