JOB OVERVIEW

Amara Health Care and Amara Career Training are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant / Course Developer to support our growing healthcare and education businesses.

This is more than an administrative position, we're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, creating professional training materials, and helping an organization grow.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and Google Meet invitations
Monitor and respond to emails professionally
Prepare letters, reports, policies, and other business documents
Organize Google Drive and company records
Maintain employee and client files
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
Perform accurate data entry
Follow up with staff and clients
Assist with daily business operations

Course Development:
Create engaging healthcare training courses
Develop PowerPoint presentations and participant workbooks
Design quizzes, exams, and learning activities
Format SOPs, policies, and training manuals
Organize online learning modules
Ensure all materials match company branding
Use AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining quality

Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong grammar and proofreading skills
Exceptional organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience:
Experience with one or more of the following:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
Canva
PowerPoint
Google Slides
ChatGPT or other AI tools
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Healthcare administration
Course creation or instructional design
Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant experience

Equipment Requirements:
Reliable computer
High-speed internet connection
Quiet home office
Backup internet and/or power source preferred
Webcam and microphone
