Job Description:

As a Work-from-Home Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for handling various tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, data management, and general office duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
-Document Preparation & Filing: Draft, proofread, and organize documents and reports. Maintain digital filing systems.
-Data Entry & Database Management: Input and update information in company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research on competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and online presence to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
-Product Research & Development: Assist in researching new product opportunities, trends, and sourcing options to support the company's e-commerce growth.
-E-commerce Support: Assist with product listings, order management, and inventory tracking for our online stores (including Amazon and company website).
-Website Assistance: Provide basic support for website updates, product uploads, and customer support inquiries related to e-commerce platforms.
-Manage Orders: Oversee the processing, fulfillment, and tracking of customer orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
-Advertising Campaign Support: Assist with the creation, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
-Task Management: Help manage daily, weekly, and monthly task lists for various team members.
-General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as handling invoices, research and organizing files.

Qualifications:

-Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a remote setting.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with other collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, or project management platforms like Asana or Trello.
-Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment.
-Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative and handle unforeseen issues in a professional manner.
-Self-Motivated & Independent: Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Experience with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks.
Knowledge of social media platforms for basic content scheduling or support.
