Virtual House Manager / Personal Assistant Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Virtual House Manager/Personal Assistant to remotely manage household operations and provide personal administrative support. The successful candidate will streamline daily responsibilities, coordinate schedules, handle communications, and oversee various personal and household tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain household calendars, scheduling appointments, events, and household maintenance remotely.
• Researching and coordinating appointments with service providers (cleaning services, maintenance, deliveries, professional organizer, landscaping. etc.).
• Arrange travel plans, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and transportation.
• Handle email management, telephone calls, correspondence, and virtual communication professionally.
• Manage household finances, track expenses, oversee bill payments, and budget effectively. Track and request refunds from airlines, credit cards etc,
• Process and follow up on customer service compliments and complaints
• Order and oversee deliveries of household supplies and groceries.
• Research and coordinate special projects such as event planning, gift purchasing, and vacation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential digital filing and record-keeping systems.
• Act as a liaison with vendors, service providers, family members, and external contacts.
• Provide administrative support including preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or House Manager.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, scheduling software, budgeting apps).
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and proactively anticipate household needs.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
Working Conditions:
• Fully remote, virtual position requiring consistent availability during designated working hours.
• Flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate specific household needs and occasional urgent tasks.
