Primary Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and build targeted lists of potential residential and commercial clients.
- Identify property managers, office managers, facility managers, Airbnb hosts, real estate agents, construction companies, dental offices, medical clinics, and other potential clients.
- Collect and verify contact information
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
- Use tools such as Google Maps, LinkedIn,
- Deliver a minimum number of qualified leads daily.
Appointment Setting & Sales Support
- Conduct outbound calls and
- Follow up with leads who have requested quotes.
- Book walkthroughs and estimate appointments.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders.
- Maintain detailed notes on all interactions.
- Follow up consistently until prospects provide a clear response.
Customer Service & Client Retention
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone,
- Follow up after completed cleanings to ensure client satisfaction.
- Request and encourage Google reviews from satisfied customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Organize documents and business information.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, appointments booked, and business performance.
Performance Expectations
You will be expected to:
- Meet daily lead generation targets.
- Respond to all client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records with minimal errors.
- Follow up consistently without being reminded.
- Communicate proactively regarding problems and solutions.
- Demonstrate initiative and independent thinking.
Failure to meet performance standards, repeated errors, lack of communication, missed deadlines, or poor attention to detail may result in termination.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Virtual Assistant experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with lead generation and appointment setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet professional work environment.
- Reliable computer/laptop.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred
Experience working with cleaning, home service, construction, or property management companies.
Experience with CRM systems (BookingKoala).
Experience with
Experience with social media management.
Experience recruiting contractors or service providers.
