Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our administrative operations. This is a remote position requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Schedule and coordinate client appointments
Send consent forms to clients through our secure portal
Guide clients through app download and portal usage processes
Contact insurance companies to verify copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
Assist clients with CareCredit application process
Respond to inquiry
Process client payments
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
Proven experience with insurance verification processes
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
Proficiency with digital tools, client portals, and office software
Experience with social media content creation and management
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Background in healthcare administration preferred
