Job Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Admin, Invoicing, Appointment Setting)
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $600
About the Role:
I’m an entrepreneur running a digital marketing and education business, and I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. This is a full-time role focused on helping with key administrative tasks such as client invoicing, contracts, research, and appointment setting.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and consistent.
Responsibilities:
• Create and send invoices
• Track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices
• Prepare and send out contracts using templates
• Manage client onboarding documents and folders
• Schedule and manage appointments using Google Calendar or Calendly
• Follow up with leads and clients to confir
• Conduct online research on leads, tools, and industry trends
• Organize research into Google Sheets or Notion
• Update and maintain CRM and internal task trackers
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar
• Willingness to learn new tools and follow structured processes
Preferred but not required:
• Experience with Notion, ClickUp, Canva, DocuSign
• Experience working with entrepreneurs, coaches, or agencies
