Top 1% concierge and UHNW service professionals who make the impossible happen daily — this one's for you. Apply here:
We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for the person who sets the standard that everyone else on the tea
About the Company:
We run an AI-native lifestyle management platform for the world's most demanding clients — founders, athletes, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals who expect their personal and professional lives to run without friction.
Our members do not manage logistics. We do. Across travel, dining, private experiences, luxury goods, and wellness — everything is handled, anticipated, and elevated by a team that operates at the highest level of personal service.
We have built the content operations side of this business. Now we are scaling the member experience function, and we need a Lead Lifestyle Manager to be the first senior hire in that team.
The Role
This is a dual mandate: you deliver exceptional service to members directly, and you set the bar for the team that grows around you.
On the member side, you are managing a live queue of requests across multiple members simultaneously. Elevating confirmed plans, securing access that others cannot get, building partner relationships that make the impossible routine. The pace is high. The standard is higher.
On the leadership side, you are the benchmark. As the team scales, you will bring new Lifestyle Managers up to speed, review their work, and hold the quality line on every member interaction that goes out.
IMPORTANT: Please read the responsibilities section carefully before applying — we assess candidates directly on what is listed below, and the process is thorough by design.
Compensation
* Competitive salary: $1,900 - $2,100 USD per month (depending on experience)
Benefits
* Paid time off
* Wellbeing stipend
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
* Full-time only (40 hours per week)
* This is a high-output role, especially in the early period as the team builds. We are looking for someone who is energised by that, not surprised by it.
Core Responsibilities
Member Experience
* Triage and manage a high-volume live queue across dining, experiences, wellness, and luxury goods simultaneously, at a pace.
* Elevate confirmed plans before members ask. Personal touches, upgraded access, and proactive picks that show you actually know them.
* Make outbound calls to hotels, restaurants, and venues globally to secure what others can't, and build the relationships that make that repeatable.
* Communicate with members and partners with precision and warmth. Right detail, right tone, right
* Use our Claude-powered AI platform to research and build offers fast, applying your own judgment before anything reaches a member.
* Document every preference, interaction, and partner note so the next person picking up a request knows exactly where things stand.
Team Leadership
* Own the quality bar for everything the team sends out and hold it without being asked.
* Onboard and upskill incoming Lifestyle Managers, transferring your instincts and standards to the people behind you.
* Review work, give direct feedback, and flag problems to leadership before they become issues.
You're Perfect for This Role If You
* Have 5+ years serving wealthy or high-profile principals in a senior client-facing role — five-star guest experience, principal-level EA, luxury concierge, or equivalent where the margin for error was zero.
* Have led or mentored a team before, formally or not, and understand what it means to be accountable for someone else's output.
* Speak and write English at a native level. Polished enough for a member message and direct enough for a cold call to a London hotel manager.
* Pick up the phone first, know who to ask for, and never let "fully booked" be the end of the conversation.
* Notice what members need before they say it, not through research, but through the pattern recognition that comes from years of real client proximity.
* Have worked in high-volume, high-pressure environments where everything is urgent and you recalibrate rather than freeze.
* Handle confidential client information and NDA-bound relationships as a matter of course.
* Are professional and composed by default. Warm with members, direct with partners, serious when it counts.
Nice to Have
* First-hand personal knowledge of luxury properties, restaurants, and experiences in London, New York, Paris, Dubai, Tokyo, or Singapore.
* An existing network of contacts at high-end hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle providers built through years of relationship work.
* Experience moving between an individual contributor role and a team leadership role — comfortable doing the work and directing others doing it.
* Familiarity with AI tools as part of a daily professional workflow.
