We are hiring a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support leadership in a full-time, remote, long-term role.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a senior EA who can work independently, anticipate needs, protect executive schedules, and build systems that actually work.
You are reliable, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern automation and AI tools. If you value structure, quality work, and long-term stability, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities:
•Own executive calendar management: scheduling, prioritization, and focus protection
•Manage executive communications:
•Organize reports, documents, files, and accounts
•Coordinate meetings and ensure all action items are completed
•Provide light bookkeeping and admin finance support
•Build and improve workflows using AI tools such as:
-ChatGPT Premium
-Claude Opus (4.5 or equivalent)
-Google Gemini Pro
-Other advanced productivity systems
Requirements:
•5–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience or similar senior role
•Experience supporting executives, founders, or leadership teams
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Strong organization and attention to detail
•Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
•Hands-on experience using AI / LLM tools for work
•Reliable, proactive, discreet, and trustworthy
Ideal Candidate:
•Takes initiative without micromanagement
•Works independently and manages priorities well
•Builds systems, not just reminders
•Calm, professional, and consistent
•Looking for a long-term role (not short-term work)
