Blackburn International is a leading global entertainment agency specializing in cruise ship entertainment. We work with many of the world's leading cruise lines, providing musicians, guest entertainers, production casts, and entertainment services across the globe.

We are seeking a highly organized **Musician Operations Specialist** to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on details, enjoys working behind the scenes, and can manage large volumes of information with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.

### Key Responsibilities

* Preparing and reviewing musician contracts and documentation
* Managing artist records and operational data within Airtable
* Coordinating onboarding requirements and compliance documentation
* Maintaining accurate databases and tracking systems
* Assisting with scheduling, deployment, and operational logistics
* Communicating professionally with musicians, cruise line partners, and internal tea ---------- mbers
* Reviewing information for accuracy and identifying discrepancies before they become problems
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of our global musician programs

### Preferred Experience

* Previous experience working with cruise ship musicians, entertainment agencies, talent management, or artist operations
* Understanding of cruise ship contracts and deployment processes
* Experience using Airtable (highly preferred)
* Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and operational systems
* Strong administrative and coordination experience
